Construction of Maulana Abdullahil Baki Building
Due to an increase in students, in 2011, a 2,175 sq. ft. classroom building was constructed at Norul Huda School at a cost of BDT 1.1 million to address seating shortages.
In 2013, Dr. Athar Hossain personally funded the construction of a 3,048 sq. ft. two-story building at a cost of BDT 2 million, featuring movable partitions for large classes.
Fakirbazar Bahurul Ulum Madrasa Renovation
To improve technical and vocational education, Dr. Athar Hossain contributed BDT 0.2 million for floor renovation of the madrasa building to facilitate training programs.
Movable partitions costing BDT 86,000 were installed to convert classrooms into hall rooms when needed.
To accommodate the growing number of students, the Bangladesh government, on the recommendation of the Finance Minister, constructed a four-story, 12,000 sq. ft. academic building at a cost of BDT 33 million, inaugurated in 2018.
Kholahati Degree College Library Construction
In 2013, Dr. Athar Hossain funded the construction of a library building at Khulhati Degree College with movable partitions to support large classes.

নরুল হুদা একাডেমিক ভবন নির্মাণ
অর্থমন্ত্রীর সুপারিশে বাংলাদেশ সরকার ৩ কোটি ৩০ লক্ষ টাকা ব্যয়ে ৪ তলা বিশিষ্ট ১২ হাজার বর্গফুটের একাডেমিক ভবন নির্মাণ করে, যা ২০১৮ সালে উদ্বোধন হয়।
